We are really happy to see that the former Baywatch beauty, Carmen Electra, is keeping herself fit through yoga. Not to mention, being flexible is very important in many ways.

For instance, powerful men like that. Remember that Russia’s Vladimir Putin chose the most flexible woman in Russia for his mistress (Alina Kabaeva). You never know when something like that will happen to you!

I’m thinking that Dennis Rodman liked it back in the day. Of course, I’m sure that’s not why the 38-year-old Carmen Electra is doing her yoga classes. I’m sure it has more to do with being one with nature and keeping her body, spirit and mind in sync, or something like that
